Bring along an open mind to try all wine types.

Come prepared for all types of weather as Tasmania is known for its ‘four seasons in a day’ and the sunshine can also be intense. Please bring along a warm jacket, a hat and wear enclosed footwear for vineyard safety.

Yes, you are certainly able to purchase bottles of wine that you enjoyed at any of our destinations.

Any bottles purchased need to be placed back on the bus, for you to open and enjoy back at your accommodation, or at home.

Just remember to pick them up before you leave the bus!

Remember, there is a a no open alcohol or consumption of alcohol policy on tour buses.

If you really liked one of the cellar-doors wine range, most of them offer a members package, where you can get great offers and deals, so don’t forget to ask on the day!

Changes to booking dates can be made and are free of charge, providing they are at least a week from your tour departure, so that your booking can be altered.

Yes we do but:

Cancellation within 48 hours of departure will forfeit 100% of booking.
Cancellation within 72 hours of departure will forfeit 50% of Booking.

Should we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will fully refund affected customers or offer a voucher for another tour.

All details given to Freycinet Coast Tours are solely for the purposes of the tour.

We comply with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 in relation to the collection, storage and sharing of personal information.

Our tour bus can seat eleven passengers.

Our minimum number for a tour to operate is four passengers.

If there are insufficient numbers to run your tour by midday of the day before the tour, you will be contacted to discuss alternatives.

We will contact you or your group by mid-day the day before your tour with an exact pickup time and place.

Please have your mobile phone on, so we can message you on the morning of the tour, in case pick up times change.

If the date is not available then you may send an online enquiry whether a private tour could be arranged for your preferred date.

Yes, please inform us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or allergies, as this can be catered for on the day of the tour. The menus are flexible and can cater for a range of different requirements.
